Faulty mini box

I recently bought a sky mini box. The engineer has been back twice since he fitted it. All signals ok on router and main tv etc. the mini box is in a bedroom directly over router. Engineers conclusion is mini box is faulty. Could you pleases send a replacement mini box and I will return original to you. I have all original packing.

You can't buy mini boxes - they are lent for the duration of your subscription.

 

Anyway, we're other customers here and cannot send you a replacement - you need to contact Sky directly.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
