Repositioning Q box incoming feed.

Repositioning the TV and table with Q box in the lounge away from existing position.

In order to re-connect the Q box back to the incoming feed, can I drill a new hole for the double feed cable nearer and refit the 'F' plugs or has Sky got to do this ?

hi @skyqkid

Ownership of the dish and cables is passed to you so you do not need to get SKY to do this.

If doing it yourself you may need to get new F-Plugs rather than re-use the old ones.

If you haven't already seen them there are Videos on Youtube for fitting the F-Plugs and preparation of the cables - one of the key things is to ensure that none of the fine strands of the outer sheath braiding touch the central core wire
