Premier sports 1 signal problem

Premier 1 is really problematic for me tonight. A load of stuttering and pixelation and frequently getting the "no signal message". 

Sky Q box has been restarted, all other channels are fine and the box is saying the signal is fine in settings. 
Nothing blocking line of site, and there's not been a breath of wind to shift the dish since I last watched Premier Sports. 

Any ideas what's up and am I alone in having issues?

Time to cave and book an engineer visit?
