Reporting bugs

Where can I report Sky Q UI or useability bugs ?  Sorry if there was already a discussion on this, I looked for ages and honestly couldn't find one.

I'm hoping I'm doing something stupid, rather than it being a bug.  When I've finished watching a recording, I press the 'back up' button to stop it.  Most of the time, this takes me back to the recordings list where I can delete what I've just watched.  Sometimes though, pressing 'back up' takes me straight back to live TV.  I have to then go back into recordings, find that recorded series again, find the episode again in order to delete it.  I find this incredibly irritating, so I'm hoping you can tell me if I'm doing something wrong?

I believe it's a known bug for some (others may confirm).  Strangely doesn't occur for me.

It's happened to me twice I think in 4 and 1/2 years of having Q.

Hi @Jest1975   This is been happening for 8 years, so common that I don't even think about it. As Sky Q approaches end of life the chances of a fix must be very remote. If you want to report it, try an email to viewer relations, viewerR@sky.uk. However I suspect that you are wasting your time.

I echo @Jest1975 's observation.  & also don't think about it any more.

 

It has been raised with SKY but I am not 100% sure they ever formally acknowledged it as a bug (just like the flakey behaviour of the Continue section & also sometimes flakey behaviour of the  buttons above  recordings )

 

I think there is virtually no chance of it now being fixed
