Replacement Sky Q box

I had a house clearance & my Sky Q box was removed. I contacted Sky and paid for a replacement. I was told it would be a few days before I got a new box. It has now been 11 days. I have contacted Sky & was told it had been despatched & was with the courier. How long does it usually take  to be delivered?

Do you still have your viewing card? If not you'll need to arrange for another one to be sent out and there may be a further charge.

Thanks I'm still waiting! Unfortunately the card was still in the Sky Q box but when i originally told them they said a new card would be sent as well. Here's hoping!!!
