It is true to a point, there are Sky staff on here at certain times of the day as they can help with account related issues but not with hardware issues with a Sky+ box.

@John+DF can you tell us more about the problem you're having? Just to confirm it's Sky+ you have? What technical error message are you seeing? What's happening with recordings?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Software issue with recordings ... freezing playback ... black screens on channels ... ove and over despite 30 second reboot which sort the problem for maybe a day .. have a Sky Q box 33B063 with software that matches according to the tables online
