Sky Q Hard Disk Error, tried Hard Reset and no can’t even get sky!

Hi guys,


For a few days now we haven't been able to view various things on our planner or pause, fast forward, rewind tv etc. If that wasn't frustrating enough we couldn't log on to Disney + tonight due to technical difficulties. 

I opted to start afresh and do a bed reset as the department for sky on the telephone that I chose couldn't accept calls due to temporary restrictions 

 

During the hard reset process it's now just stuck in a repeating cycle of the Q light on the box lighting up and turning off. Every 5 minutes it'll reset itself and say 'Hello' we'll have you set up in a few minutes, please do not turn off'. This has been repeating itself now for over an hour. 

Don't know where else to turn if I can't ring or reset the sky box. My sky remote won't even connect either.
