Renewed Sky Q contract and being asked to return mini box

Just renewed my Sky TV contract with some different terms and discounts. Now being asked to return the Sky Q mini box or risk being charged £52.  I think the Sky rep said to ignore this but would be useful to get confirmation.

No I still have multiscreen as part of the contract (the breakdown of my TV package on the MySky app says 'already yours' against multiscreen).

To hopefully give you some reassurance on this I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Thanks for the help. This is now resolved with Sky who confirmed the mini box does not need to be returned and that I will stop receiving these messages.
