Hi, my 5 yo.. dropped(launched)the SkyQ Bluetooth remote. It fell apart into its component parts. Once rebuil it all worked apart from the volume and on/off control. After reading online I thought it would be a good idea to try and re-teach it to the TV (Samsung). I held the 7&9 buttons and when attempting to re-teach by holding 1&3 it just doesn't do anything. Now nothing works at all....I have turned the power off to the TV and Sky box but I can't re-teach the remote whatsoever. No menus or anything at all. Any suggestions greatfully recieved.
Cheers.

Hi @AV11
Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
