Reload firmare / software.

I juist want to find the reset which loads the software from scratch. Apps (netflixs, disney+) both accessable on computer, but get an error where the seelcted programs are not displayed. 

 

netflix internet checcked from the app sys ok and gives a connection of 176Mb so it's a problem in either the skyq box or at sky computer centre. I suspect that sky are doing the program streaming after getting the  latest version of program in streaming cache. I just want to reset sky q box and then test again so that when I conact support directly.. (got to find sky no on mobile to inform them if there is a prolem or not.)

@steelman65 as @MightyQuinn says you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

Well just a "normal" power cycle fixed the problem but still want the info on how to have the sky q box reload software om power up.

Hi @steelman65   I don't know what you mean by reloading the software on start-up. Do you mean refresh the Apps (in the hidden menu)?

Thanks thats the answer engeiner page, had sky for 20+ years and thats what i remember access to page was forgoten.
