I have reset sky Q back to factory settings and my remote controller doesn't seem to be working

After I did factory reset on my Sky Q box I'm not getting any menu on my TV for Sky. Its just going through the helpful tips on my TV for Sky Q. Please help

@Suzie007 Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
