Red button on Sky Sports + not working

Unfortunately the red button option isn't available on mobile devices. I can watch anything apart from programmes on the red button.

Ah you need to use the SKY Sports app not SKY Go for the 'red button' games

Edit As I write this 17:01 the game is showing wrap up interviews

Hi @Poacherman   Just checking, on the sidebar it says Sky Sport "App" and not just Sky Sports.

Just tried opening the app on the tv but still got the same error message. Downloaded and opened the app on my tablet and it worked!

@Daniel0210   no red button available, when it actually appeared and then loaded the game was nearly 3 minutes in.

Had several freezes including one which I had to back out and re-enter (similar experience on Friday night)

This new upgraded service is a backward step.

Additionally there are no full game replays - emailed Sky who ignored that part of my complaint but eventually when pressed agreed there weren't.  No indication of there being so in the future. 

Sky need to sort it out.
