Sky Q box. Had sky installed 2 days ago and the channels keep up with technical fault
Hi there I had sky installed 2 days ago about 2 hours after the engineer left my channels stopped working and said technical fault. The only way to sort this out is resetting the sky q box. It does this 3/4 times a day where it says technical fault and the only way it goes back on again is a reset on the box. Any suggestions on what to do to make this fault go away? Could it need a new sky q box?

Hi @Cs96 I'm afraid that technical fault could mean anything, as it is a general message. I suspect you will have to contact Sky and get an installer back again.

Watch via sky go and watch on sky q mini box both have crosses next to them. Won't let me re activate. Also comes up with on channels we've withdrawn service on your sky Q box? How is this even happening 2 hours after having it installed.
