Hi @Gilky 

If you are referring to Hull vs West Brom on Channel 403 the red button is not shown

Edit 

Just tried it again and it is there.

You are not using an early touch remote are you ?

It does on main event.its meant to show Dortmund I believe

I think I have a fault I will need to contact sky my remote is the latest version

Hi @Gilky 

Yes it's also on Main Event as well.

You have to go left on the top Hull vs West Brom tile once you get the split screen.

The Dortmund tile is hidden
