Cant redeem apple id

So trying to redeem my apple Id. I have been on the my Sky app and have clicked redeem. 

However when I click redeem it doesn't do anything. 

I have tried on 2 different phones and it just has a slight glitch in the screen looking like it's trying to load. 

I have then gone back and it states redeemed on the page however when I try logging in on the TV it only gives me the option for the 7 day free trial. 

I'm not too sure what else to do.

Are you doing this on an iphone as you need to have an Apple account to be able to claim this.
