Red button match choice not working

Error code WGT8 when trying to access match choice. Tried the home button ( sport ) match is there but not working from here either.

Did a software update and turned box off for several minutes as suggested.

Been having issues with this for a few weeks sometimes working but often not.

Any suggestions please?

@HEADZ+UP  which platform are you trying to access on and do you have a full sky sports subscription
