It's a know issue, see this thread.
We have to wait for sky to send out an update but it's been six week now since the first report so there's a lot of frustrated viewers
Last Update was 14th August but that didn't fix it - not sure if it was meant to as Sky don't give out much detail on what's in an update unless it's promoting something!
