Red and blue spots on screen

We have just had Sky Q box and mini box installed. Satellite dish was adjusted to improve signal. Problem with blue and red spots all across screen is intermittent

That sounds more like a connectivity/interference issue between the box and TV if the satellite signal is ok.

 

What HDMI lead are you using?  How long?  And anywhere near other cables?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

We do have a whole clutch of cables going on behind the TV. Are you thinking they might be interfering with the HDMI lead? Thanks, we will have a look at that and see if we can improve things.
