Sky looks like it loading after reboot but tv screen goes black

I've put hdmi cable in. Turned tv and sky box off.... turned it back on. Tv says sky loading then the screen goes black. Sky box on? Green light on?

It says your screen will go blank do not switch off but never came on!

Hi @Bambs 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
