I've returned my sky Q. I got an email saying thank you it's with their courier. Now I've got an email saying they haven't got it and I will be charged if they don't receive it.
how long do I have to wait for it to be finalised. Sky emailed me on the 4th to say thanks for returning it. Now I'm worried I'll be charged.
