I’ve returned equipment but they keep asking me to send it. They even said thank you for returning
I've returned my sky Q. I got an email saying thank you it's with their courier. Now I've got an email saying they haven't got it and I will be charged if they don't receive it.
how long do I have to wait for it to be finalised. Sky emailed me on the 4th to say thanks for returning it. Now I'm worried I'll be charged.

This is normally resolved via the Sky Community messaging team.
If you have your proof of posting or the mentions of return you have above, it will help being prepared.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
