Hi...

I recorded the first season of both The Mayor of Eastown and Your Honour.

I know it's been a while but when I went to play both recordings I was asked for a pin and then it stated I need to up grade my package...!! Neither recordings will play.

Are they HD versions where you don't have a HD sub?

Yes correct.

I used to have the HD package but cancelled it..(too expensive).

I try to play the recordings in SD but it does not work..!!

@waspie8They will not play if you don't have the HD subscription, all you can do is download them again in SD if they are available.
