Recording programmes has lost the plot lately. Occcasionally they record and play, or say they have failed because of "Technical Fault with this Channel, please try later". Sometimes they are scheduled to be recorded but do not record at all. If I try and record during a programme because I am not able to finish watching ... there is that "technical fault" again.
Also I am not able to PAUSE anything any more. Current programmes, or recorded ones.
It's all most unreliable and quite frankly doolally! Can anyone help please? I have tried resetting the router

@NannySan Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thank you. That worked. So simple. I had reset but this time I switched all off at the mains and left it for a while and when I rebooted all was fine. Many thanks 🙂
