I have recently down graded package I have sky signature still but my recordings for Ky witness wil not play but I can watch this channel

live?

Are the recordings in HD?  (And you've removed the HD sub?)

hi @Gailpower 

If you have removed the HD add on then you probably just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

I did that and then I tried it again and it had changed back to HD. I will try get in touch with tech team again today

hi @Gailpower 

If you already have a download in HD you probably need to delete it before being able to download in SD
