Q Box picture in picture not working

Q box having to disconnect from mains power supply nearly every other day to get it to work. It also seems to have a mind of its own doing things not programmed by me. Also the picture in picture is not working correctly its showing previous channel but it is in freeze mode with blue bar across bottom like on a recording I use this feature a lot to  avoid watching adds.
