Re-activating Discovery+
I recently upgraded from sky broadband to sky fibre broadband. When I go to watch Duscovery+ the status is " waiting to be activated" as my account was already activated on sky I am unable to do this.
Anytime any idea how to go about setting out back up.

Discovery plus does periodically ask you to reactivate by re registering your device on their website.

I can't activate Discovery plus I've tried linking it , putting codes in , activating it on My Sky Everywhere says "you've got it " " your all set up even on my Sky page it shows I've got it but when I sign in it says restart your membership It should be free I contacted Sky and even the chap that talked me through each step said that he couldn't understand why it was asking for a payment when it showed I had Sky I gave up after that ... too much to activate a channel I must of signed in with codes apps and passwords about 20 times .....just going round in a loop Hoing to have to forget it
