hi , it says I currently have good satellite signal for my sky service, when I go To more info it says
sataelite signal -locked
signal strength-10
signal quality - 90
LNB type - wideband
Is this ok? It's only the one channel I can't see,
thanks in advance

The strength is bad 😞 also you only included 1 strength/quality there should be two for a standard Sky+ install

Thank you Annie, it seems strange that on one screen it says I have good signal then the next say signal strength 10? Like I say, only one channel is affected, ITVhd

This is most likely a dish alignment fault, it can affect just a few channels. Depending on which ITV region you're in there may be some other channels affected that you just haven't noticed yet.

Ok, thanks for ur reply, I take it I'll need a satellite engineer to take a look, any idea how much they charge for this?
thanks
