Radio programme information missing?

Same for me too, it is totally blank this morning.

A box reboot had no effect.

As above, it has been reported in our Sky community closed area, so Sky are aware.

Same here. No radio programmes at all.

The only other thread is the one in a closed forum (for Superusers) where I've reported this to Sky and it has now been forwarded to the appropriate team to investigate.

Yes same for me and very annoying particularly as I like recording dramas broadcast in episodes.. What is going on ?

Me too!! Can't record anything. Prog info tables unpopulated, except with red "record" symbol where progs previously listed..

Thanks to all for reporting this. Mine has been OOS since Monday. Tried rebooting without success and complained today. Glad to see it`s not just me (but no consolation to any of us).

Yes, had this issue for a couple of days now. Timing bars appear with a blank space in between. Also, when a time slot is selected, the channel appears but no information. However when the "i" button is pressed the information is displayed.

Hi yes, mine is doing exactly the same. I tried it last night (13 Feb) but thought it was just a glitch, I have tried it again just now, but I still cant see any radio programmes. I usually record LBC Monday to Friday.

Im the same must be a Generic fault as such.I  was watching sports news,the picture went black,it restarted and no Radio channel listings,also some programme information was very slow or even getting stuck on a playback etc.I will restart test if any improvements.The restart stuck thing has happened before for me and others,and or stuck many times sadly.Please help urgently,thank you Jace!
