I have twice requested a replacement remote control and had emails to say this can't be processed. I have a mains box and 3 mini boxes and 2 remotes are not working.

@Stewarp if you are receiving these e-mails your only options to get replacements is either call Sky or purchase new remotes yourself 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
