Hi,
Have no problems, however, looking at posts etc, most are related to the use of Satellite or Network. If I check my Settings then both Satellite and Network are ticked. The Satellite signal words are in Bold - which I would assume means the primary signal source. Logically, if the Satellite signal is poor, then the Q box switches to Network. Sort of Belt and Braces approach.
Am I correct in my assumptions, or am I missing something basic?
Any feedback would be appreciated - thanks in advance...
Peter

Hi @Peter714
Satellite signal has nothing to do with the Network and is is completely independent.
Satellite transmits all live TV according to the TV Guide.
All On Demand and Catch up is via internet.
In other words No if you lose Satellite signal , then live TV does not revert to Network and you lose live TV.

Hi, cheers for that, certainly makes sense when you think about it. Have had 'old' Sky for years. Sky Q is very new to me. Once again, thanks for that.
