No thumbnails(blank) on recordings and recordings no longer stacking

Hi iv noticed today that some programes are blank on mini tv guide and also when on recordings the  thumbnails  are blank and not stacking iv rebooted my box and checked Wi-Fi and not worked anyone else having this issue thanks

@1Anonymous1  yes I have noticed this today,thought it was long gone after the previous fiasco that this scenario created.I have four episodes of classic coronation Street recorded in one tile with thumbnails as it should be.The 1st episode today started recording and created its own tile with no thumbnail.The second episode today also created its own tile with no thumbnail so I have 3 tiles for one programme again

programmes  iv noticed with blank thumabils and not stacking are

BBC news and weather (bbc one), Emmerdale (itv1 HD ), the simpsons(sky showcase HD), classic coronation street (itv3 HD),, home and away (channel 5 HD), this morning ( itv1HD), lorraine (itv1HD) yesterdays eastemders (bbc one yokshire ) all programmes mentioned here didn't stack or have thumbnails on recordings but also didn't have thumbnails via mini tv guide but had thumbnails on sky go 

would be helpful if  other people with this issue   not stacking or blank thumbnails to share what programmes it was thanks

Classic Corrie fine today, hopefully Friday was just a blip
