We recently changed our network provider and router, although the signal is excellent our SkyQ boxes, mini boxes, keep disconnecting from the Q network, NOT the internet. One of them will not connect to the Q network at all

As you have changed router you will need to reset the connection between your main Sky Q box and the mini boxes.

Follow the instructions here to reset your network connection on the mini boxes one at a time:

If you have a partial success with connections but they keep dropping, it's can also be because the new router network is too close to the frequency the 5ghz mesh the main Q box is generating and the mini boxes connect to.

You can adjust the 5ghz settings in the router to move it away from the channel 36 80 Mhz channel that Q uses, or change the Q box itself in the installer menu.
