I have just today received a replacement Q box. I'e inserted viewing card, connected HDMI, 2 satellite cables, and power, and after install I'm getting the error "To use this service, you need a satellite signal".
We only yesterday requested this replacement, as our old box initially had broken-up unwatchable picture, and then eventually wouldn't turn on anymore (blue Q pulse and red standby light).
I've tried the help steps and looks like it might be an engineer visit - but it seems like a coincidence that I see the satellite signal error for the first time the moment I get a replacement box? So just asking here first please in case anything else I can try.
Thanks!
