Q box not working

The Q box is not eirking

we have tried everything to get it re booted

@Walcroft17  When you say not working do you mean will not turn on or have you got an onscreen message ??

That will be a swap on your doorstep then. Just remember to take your viewing card out of the faulty box before it disappears into a van.

New sky box fitted. But still not syncing 

eife been looking on mine and it appears to be an issue with our brand new Samsung tv

over 60 people mentioned they had issues with the tv

so back to richer sounds to see what they suggest

We need more information about the tv, the issue and what steps you've tried to resolve it. No good just stating it isn't 'eirking'.
