I am not able to use my sky..it shows as no satellite signal

I am not an le to use my sky. It appears as no satellite signal...

All the channels are currently affected by problem with poor signal..

This has been the case for about one and a half month now  the past

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your Dish alignment and LNB.
