Q box lost internet connection

  • My sky Q box has lost its internet connection and I cannot get it to reconnect to my sky wifi. It was previously connected and the router and wifi is fine and showing good strength and other devices are connected ok.  I have tried all troubleshooting advice on the the sky help page and reading through posts on forums. Very frustrating as been down for 4 days now.

Worth trying a router and Q reboot. Turn router on first

 

I have escalated anyway. Watch out for a blue hubble.

Reset the router using the button on the back of the router, this is not the same as powering it on and off. Then do a scan for networks on your Q box and your WiFi network should now show.
