My Netflix is not working. I tried through my Sky box and through my tv. Sky box doesn't load Netflix and through tv it says this device is not in my household. I am the account holder and my I pay for Netflix. This is an ongoing issue and I'm pretty disappointed on your service. Please help!!

Please may I suggest a full power down restart of both your Router & SKY Q box.
If the problem remains you may need to login to Netflix via a Tablet or Computer to manage your devices / Household
