Perfecty in sync on its HD equivalent Skysp+ HD (412)

Had enough of this problem cintinuing, and of Sky's policy of denial. I didn't renew Sky and returned the Q box. No regrets.

I'm currently watching NFL on main event UHD and the audio is out of sync. On Sky Sp NFL HD the audio is perfect. 

Sky need to put in a separate UHD audio sync setting on Q boxes, or at least admit there is an issue.

They just need to sort the UHD Main Event channel. I don't understand how everything works fine apart from on that channel

Its only the UHD sport channel that seems to have this issue. Its literally unwatchable anytime someone is speaking on screen. The NFL just now was ridiculous. Its absolutely fine on the normal HD channel but unwatchable on the UHD. 

Its not like sky havent been told about this, as usual they just refuse to look into fixing it though.

What's even more unbelievable and annoying. Yesterday the f1 on main event was out of sync while the sync on the f1 channel (406) was perfect. 

I'm going to phone sky on Monday and request a refund for my uhd payment for last month because main event is un watchable. Disgusting service.

I have this issue also. As with the other posters, it only affects the UHD main event channel, all other channels are fine. Considering how much Sky charge for their services, I'd expect a better response than those given to date.

Just wondering is it only a problem for sky q customers or is it on sky stream as well? Come on sky fix the problem on 401 uhd main event!

If you select the uhd channel by going to sport rather than tv guide and then sport , the sync is way better .

i am watching the footy now and if I select 401, it is out of sync and if by menu, sport and then select the match it's fairly bang on,

And they are different , if I select  401 and then select via the menu, sport and match the channel changes

I get you, but for me, "fairly bang-on" just isn't good enough. Sky - you should be ashamed AND taken to Trading Standards for non-delivery of chargeable services.

For the footy  it's best to go to 402 then select uhd and the sound is bang on imho 👍
