I have been having problems accessing the Netflix APP on Sky Go since Dec 18, 2023. I just get a red circle going round and round trying to load. I have tried switching off my Sky box and also tried the fix it solution, clicking on settings, typing in 001 and enter and refreshing Apps, but no luck.
I really shouldn't be paying for a Netflix subscription, which I only watch on Sky, if I can't watch any content.

Netflix is not accessed via Sky Go, it is accessed via the Netflix app either on your Sky Q box or on any other device such as your TV or mobile phone or Firestick, etc.

Does your TV have the Netflix app built in? You can login to the app using the same email address/password you use for the Netflix app on Sky Q.
