Sky Q no longer connects Wirelessly

Today I had to connect my sky q box using a wired connection as it no longer connects wirelessly its not that old and I tried EVERYTHING to get it back but nope.

I am on the fastest connection in my area (not fibre) and live in a 2 bed flat do not alot connected can anyone recommend either another broadband to switch to OR a possible fix to my problem. Wired connection works fine btw. Take your time with your answers because I Guarantee you'll be quicker than the dumb r tards there.
