Problem with Prime video app

Hi, I can't connect to anything on my prime video app . Everytime I try and play something it says "Something went wrong, please try again later" I've tried rebooting the sky box, refreshed the apps. Can someone please help?

Rebooting the Sky box (unplug from the mains for a good 5 minutes) and refreshing apps are the standard first steps.

 

Seeing as you have done that, then there is only really rebooting the broadband router/hub and signing out, then back into Prime Video as further steps that you can try.
