Tried everything and still not connecting but working fine up until an hour ago

I'd suggest fully rebooting both the router and the Sky Q main box.
Unplug both of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.
Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running.

After 12am daily, probably after or waist update is happening which is a pest as well, all i want is to go to bed and watch TV but no I have to run down turn on qbox wait for that to do what it's doing then go back to upstairs mini box to sort out from then as well, sometimes it losses both internet and losses qbox but most times it's lossing qbox, I have had a new qbox and new mini box and had phoneline and broadband box replaced and added internet booster off sky this issue still happens

I go bed at 12, 1, 2, 3am mini box is like this at these times until I come down to qbox and turn on, as the Q light is blue on main qbox but after a couple of seconds it comes on and sometime the mini box is then working or sometimes I have to reactivate

at 12 that's odd. At 3 it's expected.
Try setting the Eco mode to Active.
