In November i changed my sky package to Sky Signature. I agreed a monthly cost of £30.50. All I wanted was Sky Signature, I didn't want any of the other packages. I was billed £30.50 in November and December, but in January I was billed in excess of £70. I contacted Sky Customer "Service" to say I had only signed up for Sky Signature, not Sky Sports and Sky Cinema. After four hours on the chat, I repeat, four hours chatting to a Sky "Expert" who couldn't seem to grasp the concept hadn't signed up for sports and cinema, informed me i had to wait 31 days to cancel and I wouldn't get me overcharge back. Having checked my account i am still signed up for sports and cinema, so has anyone any idea how to stop this happening again, how to cancel the packages i don't want and how to get my money back?
