Sky Q apps have disappeared and it’s saying upgrade your subscription
I have sky signature and was watching Netflix earlier today. Tried to log back on Netflix via apps and all my apps have disappeared? Sky crime or any streaming channel is saying I need to upgrade my subscription but I'm already subscribed! Can anyone help please? Thanks

@Mellieredsmum you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

In the first instance, try the following;
Restart your Sky Q box
- Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.
- Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
- Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Refresh your Sky Q apps
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
- Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
- Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
