Pre paid envelope

Hi I'm returning my sky box and mini box the cardboard box has arrive but there is no pre paid sticker with it is it possible that you could send me another one please.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
