Power Issue

My Sky Q box has power issues. After use, when you try and turn it on again sometimes it doesn't work and you have to remove the power lead and restart the box. We have to do this around 5/6 times a week. If something was recording at night when it lost power, it will fail to record. Sometimes the green light is on at the front of the box but the box is not on and you have to restart it. Sometimes the orange light at the front of the box is on but it will not turn on so you have to restart it.

Sounds like you might have a box issue. Best call Sky and get an engineer out to have a look.
