Poor signal

I have a Sky Q box when viewing channels the picture will become pix-elated, break up and then they signal drops out and the picture freezes.

Hi @Tracy2 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

And if that doesn't work it sounds like the dish is misaligned or blocked. Hopefully the chat support can diagnose.
