Pixalating picture

We experienced heavy rain over a week ago (not specifically in my area but close by) and since then the picture is pixalating.  We have Sky Q and it effects all TVs to one degree or another. Do I need someone to check my dish or is it a satellite signal issue

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
