Series links.. a couple of problems
Hi Some of my recordings, when I play them back, are starting 30 mins or so into the show, it is all recorded but I have to rewind it back to the beginning. Also I have a series link for BGT and it has been fine until this weekend when there was a show on both Sat & Sun.. Saturday's recorded fine but Sunday's did not record at all. I find myself comparing SkyQ to virgin and it's not coming out well. One thing.. on virgin if I set a series link then it would remain there and if a new season starts broadcasting it would just record it. SkyQ just records the current season and then forgets it, so if I don't know a new season is starting and don't set a new series link then I miss it. Sorry for the long post but it's winding me up 😁

That will happen if you have switched to that particular channel during recording. The box will think you've watched the programme up to that point. Just select the Watch From Start option.
