Picture lost for 3 secs on new LG TV continually while being used

New LG TV whilst watching any channel we loose picture & sound for 3 secs blank screen then comes back does it intermitently. All other TV's work fine as we tried swapping just incase. Last LG TV returned due to this same issue and we have another doing the same. Is there an LG software issue and SKY that we do not know about? HELP before I send this TV back also

Hi @Susan730 are you using the HDMI lead that came with your SKYQ box?

Try connecting your SKYQ box to a different HDMI port on your TV if there is one?
