Paying for UHD but can’t get it.

Hello everyone, I'm currently paying £8 a month for HD and £4 for UHD. Yet when I try to watch something in UHD I get the message that I need to upgrade to watch it. I'm sure I've got all the correct settings on my tv. I've tried ringing Sky but it's virtually impossible to get help. If anyone here can help me I'd really appreciate it.

Are you trying to watch UHD on a mini box ~ which you can't do?

But is it the main Q box or the mini your having the issue with?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can't watch UHD programmes or recordings on a mini box which is why we need clarification on which box you're having this issue.

Ensure the display settings is set to 2160P on the Q box (main only).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
